We are delighted to announce a celebration of the most successful graduate of Castlewarden’s Junior Golf program, Lauren Walsh. This is our time to celebrate Lauren’s career so far and show her our support by raising money to cover some of her costs while trying to establish herself in the professional golf rankings.
Lauren has recently competed in Kenya and Morocco, is currently competing in Australia and has upcoming trips to South Africa and Korea. The cost of staying on tour, travelling to the four corners of the world and giving yourself the best possible chance of success is mind blowing. We as a club now have the chance to show Lauren our support and do our bit to help her reach her potential.

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Captains’ Drive In on Saturday 2nd March 2024 to cheer on our Captains Brendan O’Malley, Katherine Moore and Junior Captain Eoghan Light. Following an unexpected snowfall event, unfortunately it wasn’t possible to play the team scramble on the day. However, a fun table quiz was held in the clubhouse, following by dinner and Captains’ speeches. A very enjoyable afternoon. The 2024 golfing season has officially commenced!
See some pictures taken on the day on our Gallery page.
